Public Offer

This Public Offer is an official proposal to provide access to the Uself service under the terms set out below.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer — a proposal to enter into an agreement for the provision of access to the Uself service (hereinafter — the Agreement) with any individual who accepts this offer.

1.2. Acceptance of the offer is deemed to occur upon registration with the service and/or payment of the subscription. The moment of acceptance is the moment of account creation or receipt of payment.

1.3. The service is not a medical institution and does not provide medical services.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider (Uself) undertakes to provide the User with access to the software and related features, and the User undertakes to pay for such access upon switching to a paid subscription.

2.2. The scope of services includes: access to the AI assistant, progress dashboard, SOS mode, personalized plan, technical support, and other features available in the selected plan.

3. Registration and Acceptance

3.1. To gain access, the User registers by providing an email address and creating a password.

3.2. Registration constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Public Offer, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.

4. Provision of Access to the Service

4.1. Access is provided upon successful registration and/or payment.

4.2. The Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the service but does not guarantee 100% availability due to technical maintenance, force majeure circumstances, or actions of third parties.

5. Cost and Payment Procedure

5.1. The cost of the paid subscription is €11.99 per calendar month. The price may be changed by the Provider with prior notice to the User.

5.2. New users receive a 7-day free trial period. Upon its expiration, a paid subscription automatically begins if the User has not canceled it in advance.

5.3. Payment is processed through external payment providers. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The Provider undertakes to: provide access to paid features, maintain the operability of the service, and comply with the Privacy Policy.

6.2. The User undertakes to: provide accurate information, not share access with third parties, not use the service unlawfully, and comply with applicable law.

7. Liability

7.1. The Provider is not liable for medical consequences related to the use or refusal to use the service.

7.2. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the current subscription period.

8. Term and Termination

8.1. The Agreement enters into force upon acceptance and remains in effect until terminated by either party.

8.2. The User may terminate the Agreement at any time by deleting their account or canceling the subscription.

8.3. The Provider may terminate the Agreement in the event of a gross violation of the terms of use.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. The parties shall be released from liability for full or partial non-performance of obligations if such non-performance resulted from force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, military actions, accidents, power outages, internet blackouts, actions of government authorities, and other insurmountable circumstances.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

10.2. The Provider has the right to amend this offer. The current version is published on the Uself website.
